We find that most clients prefer the certainty of an agreed fixed fee for work conducted on their behalf. This helps to create transparency and when we quote a fixed fee, there are no hidden costs, we will not charge you additional fees for travel, mileage, parking, train tickets etc.

We do tailor our quotations for particular work. Please call or email us for further details. We offer a free initial telephone consultation where legal fees can be discussed. There are people who we would advise to represent themselves, perhaps for low level matters where the sentencing guidelines are clear.

Typical fixed fees for a guilty plea at the Magistrates Court and an “exceptional hardship” application would be between £350.00 and £450.00.
